29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3): When work was to be performed near overhead lines, the lines were not de-energized and grounded, nor were other protective measures provided before work was started: a) Back yard of residential home- an employee was exposed to energized overhead power lines in that he was trimming a palm frond and was approximately 44 inches from a 13.2 kv power line, on or about 6/30/14.
