29 CFR 1910.177(g): The employer did not ensure that employees follow the established safe operating procedures for servicing single piece rim wheels: (a) Shop - On or about September 12, 2014 an employee was exposed to struck-by hazards while inflating a rear tractor single piece rim wheel. The employer's procedure was not followed, in that, a restraining device was not used for inflating single piece tires.
