29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided in this paragraph by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels. a. A&D Wood Products, Inc. located in Elida, Ohio: On or about December 4, 2014, the employer did not ensure employees who were required to wear hearing protection when working in the shop, were provided with audiometric testing. Employees were exposed to noise levels in excess of 95 dBA as an eight hour time weighted average exposure while operating equipment such as air nailers, bands saws, and swing saws.
