29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): The clearance between scaffolds and power lines carrying from 300 volts to 50 kv were less than 10 feet: a) Front of House - On or about 08/08/2014, workers installing stucco from the platforms of a fabricated frame scaffold were exposed to a 4 kv electrical contact hazards for portions of the metal scaffold were located within 4 inches and 11 inches of unshielded over-head power lines. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
