29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)(M): Any other operating instructions, warnings, or precautions listed in the operator's manual for the types of vehicle that the employee was being trained to operate. At the time of the inspection, the employer did not ensure their employees received training on all operating instructions, warnings, or precautions listed in the operator's manual for the Nissan Forklifts, Model # CPJ02A25PV. The training did not include the following warnings listed in the operators manual: a) In the front of the manual, Warning: Do not operate the truck unless you have review and understand the Operator's Manual. b) On page 81, Warning: Replace the cylinder in a well ventilated area. c) On page 88, Warning: Make sure the cylinder is in the locating pin.
