29 CFR 1926.405(a)(1)(i): Metal raceways, cable armor, and other metal enclosures for conductors were not metallically joined together into a continuous electric conductor and so connected to all boxes, fittings, and cabinets as to provide effective electrical continuity: a) On or about 23 June 2014, the employer used office electrical equipment plugged into an outlet receptacle which was not attached to the outlet box therefore not providing effective electrical continuity.
