29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: a) Renosol plant Selma, Alabama: On or about May 27, 2014 and at times prior thereto the employer failed to provide and require employees to use arm sleeves when employees are required to handle materials containing Toluene Diisocyanate (TDI) and Methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) which is a sensitizer that is absorbed through the skin.
