29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(vii)(F): The bloodborne pathogens training program did not contain an explanation of the use or limitations of methods that would prevent or reduce exposure including appropriate engineering controls, work practices or personal protective equipment: (a) Employees were not trained on the FCI McDowell Bloodborne Pathogens Program policy requiring transport of contaminated sharps contraband, such as shanks and tattoo needles, in a puncture resistant container from the point of discovery to the lieutenant's office as determined on March 27, 2014.
