29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or before 7/15/13, lockout/tagout procedures were not utilized. Employees were entering the winder/turret area for bad roll transfers, to cut the sheet, make width changes to the sheet, trim wrap ups, wrap up on the nip roll and rethreading the sheet through the winder, without locking out.
