29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment were conducted by a competent person: a) At the worksite and on June 26, 2013, frequent and regular inspections of the job site were not performed by a competent person in that the competent person performing the daily inspections was not capable of identifying existing and predicatable hazards in the surroundings which were hazardous and dangerous to employees.
