29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i): Where hazards were present, or are likely to be present, which necessitated the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), the employer did not have each affected employee use, the types of PPE that will protect the affected employee from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment; a. Raw Meat Processing Room and Freezers -The employer did not require the mandatory use of slip resistant protective footwear (e.g. boots) for temporary workers that were supplied by Best Packing Services Employment Agency, Inc. They have sustained slips on the wet floors. Observed On or About June 18, 2013
