29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The employer's procedures to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy did not include specific procedural steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy: (a) Precision Cut Industries, Incorporated - The employer had not developed machine specific energy control procedures for each piece of equipment, such as the hydraulic press brakes, on or about May 2, 2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
