29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) Production Floor - On or about April 23, 2013, where employees perform service and preventive maintenance on metal working machines, to include but not limited to, CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, grinders, horizontal and vertical band saws, and EDM Machines, specific procedures for the control of hazardous energy were not developed.
