29 CFR 1910.95(i)(2): Employers shall ensure that hearing protectors are worn: a. On or about March 21, 2013, in the welding area, newly hired welders working in a required hearing protection job were not required to wear hearing protection even though they met the requirements of paragraphs (i)(2)(i), (i)(2)(ii) and (i)(2)(ii)[A] of this section.
