29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) On or about February 6, 2013, at the worksite located at 86 Tournay Circle, Little Rock, Arkansas, a Hazard Communication Program had not been developed for the benefit of employees using and/or exposed to hazardous chemicals/ingredients such as but not limited to Portland Cement, quartz crystalline silica and calcium carbonate contained in the Ash Grove Type N masonry cement being mixed and used by employees performing masonry application tasks, and silica generated from brick cutting tasks.
