29 CFR 1910.1000(b)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of Hydrogen Sulfide listed in Table Z-2 in excess of the peak concentration of 50 PPM: On or about January 17, 2013 at Well NTS 611 on the Faskin Oil and Ranch lease in Dawson County, employees were exposed to Hydrogen Sulfide intoxication when airborne concentrations exceeded 50 PPM.
