29 CFR 1910.106(h)(7)(i)(a): Precautions were not taken to prevent the ignition of flammable vapors. (a) On December 28, 2012, precautions were not taken to prevent potential ignition of flammable vapors from approximately 526 gallons of flammable liquid stored in the flammable liquid storage room next to the shredder room in that a portable electric reciprocating saw was used in the flammable liquid room that produced frictional heat and mechanical sparks and was a source of ignition of a fire.
