29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. Location: Store On or about 10/1/12, the employer did not keep the following but not limited to areas clean and in a sanitary condition; 1. Men's stock room (hanger room) - visible mold was observed along the back wall and insulation by the ceiling. 2. Loading dock desk - visible mold was observed along the desks back wall and along the desks shelf by the radio.
