29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain accident prevention programs as necessary to comply with this part: a) For the company doing business as J Baller Construction LLC, and performing construction work at 7451 Bella Largo Dr. in Fort Myers (FL), as noted on or about 09/07/2012. The employer failed to develop a safety program that identifies workplace hazards, provides for training on avoiding those hazards and requires inspections/audits to insure employee/management compliance with the OSHA construction standards in 29 CFR Part 1926.
