29 CFR 1910.266(d)(6)(ii): Work areas were not assigned so that trees cannot fall into an adjacent occupied work area. The distance between adjacent occupied work areas was not at least two tree lengths of the trees being felled. a) Section 1D-1: On or about August 27, 2012 and at times prior thereto, two fallers were working within one tree length of each other. Note: Abatement certification and supporting documentation are required for this item.
