29 CFR 1910.333(a)(2): Where exposed live parts were not deenergized (i.e., for reasons of increased or additional hazards or infeasibility), other safety-related work practices were not used to protect employees who could be exposed to the electrical hazards involved: On 08/25/12, employees were taking amperage readings on an energized Hastings HVAC 480 V system model number SB-112 and did not use safety-related work practices to avoid accidental contact with live electrical parts exposing employees to electrical hazards.
