29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): For all scaffolds not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, each employee was not protected by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section. a) Jobsite - 2000 Parrish Street - Employees working on the tubular welded scaffold were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 32 feet without the use of a guardrail system or personal fall arrest system. Employees were working on the 4th and 5th levels of the scaffold on or about 4/30/12.
