29 CFR 1910.134(c): The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use: (Construction Reference 1926.103) The employer does not ensure that a respiratory protection program is developed and implemented with worksite specific procedures and elements for employees required to use respirators. This violation occurred on or about April 28, 2012, at a residential home under construction where a respiratory protection program was not developed for employees required to wear a 3M full face respirator with high efficiency (HE) filters and a Bullard free air pump when spraying foam insulation, exposing employees to inhalation hazards.
