29 CFR 1910.119(f)(1)(i)(B): The employer's written operating procedures covering the steps for each operating phase did not address normal operations: a) Jobsite: Facility, 5701 Tacony Street - The employer did not develop and implement written operating procedures that provided clear, safe and detailed instructions for safely conducting activities involved in the covered process.
