North Carolina General Statute 95-129(01) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of North Carolina: The employer did not furnish each of his employees conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in the that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards due to operators were not trained to operate equipment: a)facility, production/warehouse building - no training was provided for employees who were operating the Bobcat, S185, skid steer loader. b)facility, production/warehouse building - no training was provided for employees who were operating the Caterpillar, 924G, wheel loader.
