29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i)(F): The employer did not ensure that information pertaining to the equipment in the process included information required by subparagraph (F) of this paragraph where the design codes and standards employed for such equipment were documented: 21178 SW 89th Rd., Beatrice, NE 68310 (Site): The employer did not have any documentation to state what design codes and standards were employed for all pumps in use with the ammonia system, including; but not limited to, 109-JA. The employer has documentation for design codes and standards employed for new equipment (pumps) as they come into the plant, but some of the older ones in use do not have this information. Abatement certification is required for this violation. The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citations.
