29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used eye and/or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation: a) Sunoco Marcus Hook Refinery - The employer did not ensure employees used appropriate eye protection, as evident by the fact that a J. J. White employee working in the 15-2 Plant attempted to remove a ball valve in acid service, and the employer did not ensure the employee wore chemical-resistant goggles, on or about 12/30/2008.
