29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): "Walking/working surfaces not otherwise addressed." Except as provided in 1926.500(a)(2) or in 1926.501 (b)(1) through (b)(14), each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Location: 707 Neponset St, Norwood, MA- pick On December 30, 2025, a worker exposed to fall hazards of up to 17 feet t the ground while conducting framing activities where fall protection was not used and the worker fell and sustained injuries J Williams Construction Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard- 1926.501(b)(13) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1793307, citation number 1, item number 1(a) and was affirmed as a final order on October 3, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 18 Hedgerow Lane, Westwood, MA.
