1910.147(f)(1)(ii) Remove employees from the machine or equipment area in accordance with paragraph (e)(2) of this section; a) On or about October 9, 2025, the employer failed to ensure that employees were removed from the machine area when the ENCHU EV360T at Line2-20 was energized for testing or positioning. Employees remained within the danger zone during the energization process. As a result, employees were exposed to amputation hazards.
