29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: On or about August 1, 2025, and at times prior, on a site located at 4529 Hypoluxo Road, Lake Worth, Florida, the employer did not establish or implement a written respiratory program for employees required to wear a full-face respirator when exposed to respiratory hazards such as, but not limited to, Benzene, Toluene and Merican 9505 Unsaturated Isophthalic Resin while entering an underground fuel tank to conduct repairs.
