29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) At the job site located at 4100 East 53rd St. North, Kechi, KS 67067 employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to chemical hazards due to the employer not having a written hazard communication program to follow at the job site. Employees were handling gasoline, Top 40 sealant and ABC Roof Accessory Spray Paint. The chemical hazards associated with these chemicals include: skin and eye irritation, drowsiness and/or dizziness, nausea and/or vomiting, upper respiratory irritation, may cause cancer and are flammable.
