29 CFR 1910.147(d)(2): The machine or equipment was not turned off or shut down using the procedures established for the machine or equipment: (a) Robotic bending cell, north building; On or about June 9, 2025 and dates prior, the employer did not ensure the YLM tube feeder with seam reader, YLM tube bender, and Fanuc robotic arm was shutdown using established procedures before employee(s) entered the robot cell enclosure to perform maintenance activities of diagnosing issues with the tube seam reader and adjusting the seam reader position.
