29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a.) Mill Area - On or about February 6, 2025, the employer failed to ensure that an energy control procedure was developed and documented for the control of hazardous energy when employees were engaged in service and/or maintenance tasks, including replacing the Hopper 1 augers. b.) Mill Area - On or about May 8, 2025, the employer failed to ensure that an energy control procedure was developed and documented for the control of hazardous energy when employees were engaged in service and/or maintenance tasks, including inspecting the Borger RR 6000 macerator.
