29 CFR 1910.38(a): The employer did not have an emergency action plan whenever an OSHA standard in this part requires one. a.) 1555 University Drive, State College, PA 16801 - On or about April 29, 2025, the employer did not develop and/or maintain a complete and accurate written emergency action plan to address emergencies, including but not limited to, fire emergencies. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
