29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: A.) American Turned Products, Inc., on or about 3/27/25 and times prior thereto: Lockout Tagout/Energy Control procedures were not developed for equipment including but limited to, ROII 3375 Wash, Hydromat 4107, Hydromat 4119, 3347, and 3383. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement
