29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i):The employer did not conduct an annual or more frequent inspection of the energy control procedure to ensure that the procedure and requirements of this standard were followed: a) 504 Mt Laurel Avenue, Temple - Clipping Department - On or about March 27, 2025, the employer did not conduct an annual or more frequent inspection of the energy control procedures utilized in the control of hazardous energy. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
