29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedure did not clearly and specifically specify procedural steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy: On or about March 27, 2025, employees were exposed to amputation hazards while performing maintenance on the Thermoformer #1, Thermoformer #11, Thermoformer #41, MAAC and the new MAAC and the machine specific lockout procedures did not have specific procedures for locking out the electric and pneumatic energy sources.
