29 CFR 1910.25(b)(3): The employer did not ensure that stairs have uniform riser heights and tread depths between landings: (a) Sawing, outfeed side of Baker bandsaw; On or about March 18, 2025, and dates prior, riser heights and stair tread depths were not uniform on a custom-made metal stairway with integrated platform that was used to cross over the saw conveyor line. The riser height varied from 16 inches to 14 inches, to 12.75 inches; and the stair tread depth varied from 6 inches to 5-7/8 inches.
