29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in the activities covered by this section. a) On or about March 19, 2025, in the workplace: The employer had not developed and documented machine specific hazardous energy control procedures for all machines including, but not limited to the Spartan horizontal bandsaw, Okuma CNC machines, Model Captain-L370; and the Hass Model TL-1 CNC machine. Abatement certification is required for this item.
