29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 3/19/2025 at the site located at 4816 Westfield Drive, Manlius, NY 13104: Employees were exposed to fall hazards when working on a 6:12 pitch roof without fall protection. Employees were exposed to fall distance of approximately 9 feet.
