29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): On or about March 12, 2025, employees were exposed to a fall hazard and eye injures on a construction site in Morton, Illinois, and the employer did not ensure a competent person inspected the job site for unsafe activity and took necessary steps to eliminate or control the hazards
