29 CFR 1910.179(l)(3)(iii)(d): Pendant control stations were not kept clean, and/or their function labels were not kept legible: Employees engaged in material handling activities using hoist #16 in the fabrication department were exposed to struck-by hazards in that the pendant control was not maintained in a fully functionable, clean and legible condition.
