29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures shall be developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in the activities covered by this section: (a)National Food NW LLC, at 25351 National Avenue, Plankinton, SD 57368: On or about and at times prior to February 21, 2025, the employer did not ensure that lockout tagout procedures were established and utilized during operations on the Diamond 8300 Egg Packer. This condition exposed employees amputation and struck-by hazards.
