OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from struck-by hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees a) Maintenance bay: On or about February 14, 2025, employees were exposed to crushing and struck-by hazards, in that the employer did not ensure employees properly elevated, supported, and stabilized a forklift before working underneath while performing oil changes, nor did the employer provide a Standard Operating Procedure or training to employees on how to properly complete this task.
