29 CFR 1910.333(a)(1):Live parts to which an employee was exposed were not deenergized before the employee worked on or near them: Job Site: 200 Braddock Ave, Turtle Creek, PA 15145, On or about February 10, 2025, employees were in the process of connecting the wiring from the control panel to the outside bus bar when one employee came in contact with energized wiring that was connected to the batteries.
