29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i)(B):The employer's piping and instrument diagrams were not accurate and did not represent equipment that was existing and was part of the process: Cargill, Inc. DBA Cargill Meat Solutions Corporation, 1505 East Burlington Avenue Fort Morgan, CO 80701: On or about February 10, 2025, employees were exposed to inhalation hazards associated with ammonia from the following conditions: (a) The employer did not maintain accurate piping and instrument diagrams (P&ID) for the liquid header piping. The P&ID for the sub-roof containing the liquid header was missing a Henry Technology Pressure Relief Valve (serial number 1422, category 5602, size ? inch, set PSI 250, capacity 57.7). (b) The employer did not maintain accurate piping and instrument diagrams (P&ID) for the liquid header piping. The P&ID for the sub-roof containing the liquid header was missing a Henry Technology Pressure Relief Valve (serial number 1419, category 5602, size ? inch, set PSI 250, capacity 57.6).
