29 CFR 1910.140(c)(10)(ii): The employer did not ensure that fall protection system snaphooks and carabiners are not connected to each other unless they are designed for such connections: (a)Sentry LLC at 1928 Calvin Drive, Watertown, SD 57201: On or about and at times prior to February 5, 2025, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from fall hazards in that, fall protection snaphooks and carabiners were not connected to each other in use as a fall protection system, contrary to manufacturer instructions. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards associated with fall protection system usage.
