29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets. Location: Job site; On or about 02/04/2025, employees were observed working in a hazardous area beneath an active framing project without hardhats. Improperly secured equipment, framing materials, roof rafters, and other objects, posed a risk of falling and striking the employees below.
