29 CFR 1910.107(c)(2): Open flame or spark producing equipment was not kept from a spraying area nor within 20 feet, unless separated from by a partition: a) In the paint room located at 2917 Fred Carter Road, on or about February 4, 2025, the employer exposed employees to fire and burn hazards in that, a heater was located within the paint area where employees were performed spray painting operations.
