29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Grinding machinery was not used with work rest(s) to support offhand grinding work: (a) On or before 2/3/25 the employer did not ensure that the Ryobi 8" bench grinder was equipped with a work rest. This condition exposed employees to flying chips and sparks as well as ingoing nip point hazards.
